Ms Arkan serves as the HR Manager, responsible for overseeing internal policies and procedures, ensuring legal compliance, communicating the goals and vision of a company and leading and directing the routine functions of the (Human Resources) department including hiring staff, administering pay, benefits, leaves, compensations and enforcing company policies and practices.

Before joining Gulf Extrusion, Arkan was a management professional with over 25 years of experience covering various management roles. In her earlier roles, she has helped management make informed decisions using her strong strategic and analytical approach.

Arkan holds a degree from Pitman Business Studies Center and has a proven record for excellent leadership, analytical, problem-solving, organization, coordination, monitoring, time management, communication and interpersonal skills.

As a dedicated and result-driven HR professional, she renders professional advice and support to managers and staff on all aspects of HR & Administration i.e. Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, Performance Management, Learning & Development, HR policies, procedures, and initiatives that align with business goals and foster a positive work environment.
