Extrusions

Our extrusion facilities stand as a pinnacle of modernity, playing a pivotal role in the production of precision-engineered aluminium profiles. Each profile cross-section undergoes extrusion with meticulous care which starts from fine design extrusion. Utilizing one of our six state-of-the-art presses, exerting forces ranging from 17.5 MN to 44 MN. Our products cater to a diverse range of sectors, including industrial, automotive, marine, aerospace, and beyond.

Before extrusion, aluminium profiles are heated to approximately 450-500°C before being forced through dies. The subsequent cooling and stretching phases ensure the formation of profiles that meet customer requirements. Moreover, we offer an extensive array of surface treatments aimed at enhancing both the visual appeal and durability of our components. Our up-to-date ERP system links the total operations of the company to ensure fulfilment of customer requirements on time.

The materials are received from the extrusion Department

To protect against corrosion and improve wear resistance as well as providing a wide range of surface finishes suitable for almost all architectural and automotive applications.

The materials are received from the extrusion Department or polishing section and visual inspection is done as per QAP 4-10 to check any damage, scratches, extrusion faults, atmospheric corrosion and oxidation.
