Our fabrication machining centre is furnished with six CNC (computer numerical control) machines (5-axis ), accompanied by Five high-precision cutting machine capable of handling materials up to 16 meters in length.
Together with all other machines that can handle the following operations:

The materials are received from the extrusion Department
We use advanced software to design and develop 3D prototypes of an object before starting on a project. With the prototype finished, we begin cutting shapes for all components. Using the CNC tools, we can ensure every piece is cut accurately following the precise specifications of the prototype. All individual parts are then assembled to form the finished product. We pride ourselves on our accurate scheduling to support our customers and deliver on time. Our experienced and highly-skilled aluminium fabrication team is capable of delivering large scale projects, high volume repeat work, modern fabrications and unconventional designs.
