At Ala Metals LLC, he managed international metals trading and hedging, developing a sharp understanding of commodities pricing and global supply chains. His tenure at Dell International Services further broadened his capabilities, where he held roles in fraud prevention, credit analysis, and team leadership, serving 12 international markets and consistently earning awards for his performance. He began his professional journey at Convergys India as a Technical Support Officer, where he demonstrated early on his problem-solving skills and dedication to customer success.
