Job Description:
- Assist Senior Buyers by drafting RFQs, processing purchase orders, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations on PR and PO positions, procurement metrics, inventory levels, and supplier performance.
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct supplier evaluations, and coordinate supplier audits.
- Manage the vendor master by collecting KYS forms during supplier onboarding and updating the supplier master periodically.
- Work closely with internal departments to understand their needs and provide timely support and updates.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, resolving any issues related to delivery or quality.
- Maintain accurate records of all procurement activities, including purchase orders, supplier agreements, and delivery schedules.
- Ensure all procurement activities adhere to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Manage documentation related to procurement activities, including contracts, purchase orders, and invoices.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum of 2-3 years in a procurement or purchasing role.
Skills / Knowledge:
- ERP experience: Oracle / SAP.
- Computer literate.
- Microsoft Office.
- Excellent level of English (spoken / written).

Job Description:
- Plan optimized truck loading for local customers.
- Prioritize deliveries as per request from Sales and customers.
- Trace finished goods material stored on shop floor in various locations by physical inspection.
- Coordinate with customers for any specific delivery requirements.
- Coordinate and follow up with drivers on delivery arrangement
- Instruct forklift operators to pick material from storage bays and load as per plan.
- Prepare delivery notes based on material loaded on trucks/trailers.
- Check and verify delivery notes against physical material loaded.
- Ensure safe operation methods are followed as per dispatch procedures
- Arrange trucks for reverse logistics in the stipulated time.
- Ensure delivery KPI is met by delivering due orders.
- Check daily inventory levels for GCC export shipments.
- Accurately estimate load per trailer based on available material and prepare advance delivery note to initiate export document process.
- Provide export shipment details to logistics for export documents.
- Plan export truck/trailer loading in coordination with logistics.
- Provide instructions to forklift operators to load as per export documents.
- Check and verify delivery notes against physical material loaded by forklift operators.
- Coordinate with transporters on trailer/truck placement as per dispatch plan.
- Ensure safe operation methods are followed as per dispatch procedures
- Provide information to sales for export shipments.
- Ensure proof of delivery is received and correctly filed for future reference.
- Check daily inventory levels for Export shipments to plan container loadings.
- Coordinate with Logistics for daily container requirements.
- Trace finished goods material stored on shop floor in various locations by physical inspection.
- Ensure container optimization based on available material load.
- Instruct forklift operators to prepare load as per optimized plan.
- Instruct loaders on container stuffing for manual container load.
- Prepare delivery note for direct export containers.
- Prepare transfer note for containers loaded for Amsterdam warehouse.
- Check and verify physical material loaded by forklift operators and manual loaders against delivery note.
- Ensure load is secured before stuffing container.
- Ensure delivery KPI is met by delivering due orders.
- Ensure material is stacked as per dispatch procedure in an efficient and safe manner.
- Check and receive all incoming customer material.
- Verify material receipt against customer delivery note and report inconsistencies.
- Update received quantity in EMS.
- Coordinate with Sales on customer material readiness and shipment.
- Instruct forklift operators for picking and loading orders
- Prepare delivery note for loaded material.
- Verify loaded material against delivery note
- Plan and load REFCO orders as per delivery due date
- Post virtual packing for REFCO customer material in EMS.
- Ensure delivery KPI for REFCO orders is achieved.
Qualifications:
High School or Graduate / Post Graduate
Experience:
Min. 3 years in related field
Similar industry experience preferred.
